ACRT is pleased to announce the promotions of Anna Davis and Stan Villiers to senior operations manager roles, strengthening the company’s operational leadership and supporting continued growth and innovation across its utility vegetation management services.
“Anna and Stan have both demonstrated the kind of leadership we want to continue building at ACRT,” said ACRT Chief Customer Officer Troy Ross. “They understand our customers, invest in their teams, and are always looking for ways we can improve. These promotions strengthen our operations today while helping position ACRT for where our industry is headed.”
Anna Davis has been promoted to senior operations manager with a focus on technology and fleet. In her new role, Anna will help lead the implementation and continued development of Arborcision™, ACRT’s technology-driven solution designed to support the future of utility vegetation management.
Anna will work across the organization to help develop operational processes for Arborcision, establish customer pilots, support demonstrations and business development efforts, and train ACRT managers and employees on the technology. She will also continue to provide leadership related to ACRT’s fleet operations.
During her eight years with ACRT, Anna has held several operational leadership roles, including operations manager, storm team manager, and Ready Force® team manager. Her experience across these areas gives her a broad understanding of ACRT’s operations and the needs of both employees and utility customers.
Anna is an ISA Certified Arborist and Utility Specialist. She is a former member of the ACRT Services Board of Directors and its governance committee and currently serves on the ACRT Safety Committee. Her industry involvement includes serving as the 2025-2026 president of the Mountain Lake Vegetation Management Council Board of Directors, as well as serving on the Utility Arborist Association’s Environmental, Professional Development, and Women in Utility Vegetation Management committees. Anna also previously served as chairwoman of ACRT’s Area Safety Representative group.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in geography with a concentration in GIS from the University of Alabama and an MBA from the University of Tennessee.
Stan Villiers has also been promoted to senior operations manager after seven years with ACRT.
As an operations manager, Stan has played an important role in supporting new and organic growth, developing employees, and building strong relationships with utility customers. His leadership style centers on supporting his teams while maintaining a strong focus on customer needs and results.
Stan has also helped advance innovation within ACRT’s operations. Most recently, he was a key driver in launching the company’s drone program on customer properties, helping expand how technology can be incorporated into ACRT’s utility vegetation management services.
In addition to his experience with ACRT, Stan brings 20 years of military experience to his leadership role. During his military career, he was responsible for developing, training, and coaching officers, experience that continues to inform his approach to building and developing strong teams.
Stan holds a Bachelor of Science in environmental science.
In his new role, Stan will build on his operational and leadership experience while helping ACRT strengthen its teams, support its customers, and pursue new opportunities for growth.
Together, these promotions reflect ACRT’s continued investment in experienced leaders who understand the business while looking for new ways to serve customers and move the utility vegetation management industry forward.
