Respecting the Value of Your Customer Relationships

At ACRT, we know how much you value your customer relationships. You deserve a partner who will be able to effectively communicate with your customers on what you’re doing without damaging your reputation.

Exceptional customer communications are a large part of ACRT services. We engage utility customers and members on your behalf to explain the importance and value of utility vegetation management (UVM) programs. This helps customers and members better understand the need for UVM as well as its benefits, making refusals far less likely.

In the field, customer relations activities are conducted by our arborists, often simultaneously with Pre-Inspection. Our arborists will accurately answer customer questions, address concerns, and resolve potential conflicts.

Need something more than just knocking on someone’s door? We can also create and operate call centers, organize and conduct town hall meetings, run newspaper announcements, and manage replanting programs. Whatever help you need in managing your customer notifications, ACRT can help utilities avoid potential UVM delays and maintain positive customer relationships.

ACRT always has been, and always will be, about one thing: people. It’s about our employees, our customers, and the communities our customers serve. We engage the best people to foster resiliency, environmental stewardship, compliance, stakeholder partnerships, and safer communities. We’re the only independent national vegetation management consulting firm — giving us the freedom to put our clients first. Our organization felt confident in the return on that investment in the form of reduced injuries, less downtime and fewer claims. We also know that our employees saw and felt the benefit, and we received positive feedback after the initiative was complete.
