Growth isn’t limited to our business — our people are growing, too. The best things come from the best people, and that’s why we invest in our employees just as much as they invest in the success of our customers. In 2020, we added several new ACRT operations managers. Meet the team!
Moving from assistant operations manager to operations manager, Davis adds the supervision of the new territory of Virginia.
“I will continue on in my roles as the assistant rover manager and as the co-chair of the ASRs. I am excited to meet these customers and provide support for our employees on those contracts.”
Forester recently relocated from North Carolina to the Pittsburgh area where she worked as a consulting utility forester.
“I love this company for the culture of mentoring, professional development, and concern for the well-being of the employees. I look forward to the opportunity to work closely with a new team and contribute to the company culture to service a new region and utilities.”
“I maintain the excitement about my promotion to operations manager in 2020. I am grateful that my accomplishments, passion, and dedication as an assistant ops manager was recognized by my senior managers to invest in me. I look forward to the continued success of our team and to using my skills to lead an exceptional team of employees.”
Wise started as an assistant operations manager in 2017 in northern Florida. He has been in the industry for 20 years — including nine years running his own tree and landscape business.
“My experience working for other utilities and as an assistant operations manager has brought me full-circle and has prepared me for this role. I am looking forward to using my experience to help in our growth and learning how other utilities manage their vegetation management.”
In 2017 Grossi started with ACRT. He became an assistant operations manager in 2018 and was promoted to operations manager in December 2019.
“My role is much the same as when I was assistant manager. Our team is growing and adapting to fill our customers’ resource needs.”
